To great team at Sahara,
We recently moved to US and were feeling so bad about not being in India for the Rakhi, especially for my daughter who is the only sister for four of her cousin brothers. We were evaluating ways on how to send the rakhi to India, and then fortunately stumbled on sahara's site. The site was so simple to navigate and had a good collection of quality rakhis. Ofcourse there may be some minor improvements which may help during the ordering process, like editing the details of receiver n all, but that's just minor.
During ordering online, we picked up a date, which was a week away, and we were bit skeptical about things like, quality of actual product, would it match what we saw online, would it arrive on time, or would I be required to do follow-ups'. I was so pleasantly surprised, when I heard from my family in India, about how the team at Sahara, first called up to confirm address, delivered on time, the product delivered was actually much better then what I saw on site, the personal greeting was well formatted (surprised), and then later, a call from sahara to confirm delivery and satisfaction with product and delivery. This is what I call a Wow experience, which is going beyond customer expectations.
The family in India was so surprised and so happy and so are we. Just to add, the cost of the products was not expensive either, infact it would have been more expensive if I would have sent rakhis thru other routes.
Cutting the long story short, all I would say is "Great Experience and a big Thanks"
