Ans: The Relationship Ambassador will visit the family member as per the service requested by the customer. The customer can choose from the options available on the website.

Ans: 'Relationship Ambassador on demand' service comprises of various services such as accompanying the customer/ family member during holiday tours, assisting the family member during hospitalization or during any other situations.

Ans: An Event of any scale can be organised i.e marriage anniversaries, birthday parties. However, the size of the event also depends upon the availability of the booking halls, caterers etc. and is extended on a best effort basis.
