How do I Become a Gold Member?

  • Medical Emergency Facilitation Services for maximum of three beneficiaries (blood relations only) as nominated by you in India.

The salient features of the Mediclaim policy are:-
  • The policy covers most of the diseases e.g. Cancer, Heart disease, dialysis and diabetes etc.
  • The coverage of diseases within 10 days of receipt of photographs of each beneficiary.
  • Enjoy Cashless Hospitalization i.e. beneficiaries do not have to pay for hospital expenses involving hospitalization for more than 24Hours in the network hospitals.
  • You can also avail Mediclaim facility in non-network cities i.e. nominated beneficiaries can undergo treatment & make payment to the hospital. This amount is reimbursed after submission of required documents.

  • Note:As per standard Policy available in the market if these diseases are pre-existing at the time of proposal, they will not be covered even during subsequent period of renewal. During the first year of the operation of insurance cover the expenses on treatment of the disease such as Catract, Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy, and Hysterectomy for congenital internal disease, fistula in anus, Piles, Sinusitis and related disorders are not payable. How to Become a Gold Member?

  • Register online and make a payment of USD 160 towards Processing and Documentation fees. This amount is valid for 1 year and is nonrefundable.
  • Enjoy Gold Member privileges by depositing USD 1500 (avail our limited USD 1000 inaugural offer). As and when the services are availed by the Gold Member, the cost of such service including the applicable service charges would be deducted from the said deposit.
  • Once we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation via email.
  • The services would be available immediately from date of your registration as Gold Member.
  • Membership kit will be sent to Gold Member and family members within 4- 6 weeks.


Refund Procedure

  • If the Gold Member wants to discontinue the service, an advance notice of one month is required for seeking refund. The refund would be made after deduction of cost of the service including service charges on services already rendered and a cancellation charge of 10% of the balance deposit amount or USD 25, whichever is higher at the time of request for cancellation. The balance amount would be refunded in accordance with the existing applicable laws at the time of refund.
